| Restaurant Le Grand
The grace and beauty of this formal restaurant perfectly complement
the lodge setting, inspired by the old-fashioned main dining
room. Serving traditional Khmer and contemporary classical cuisine
on the same menu, Restaurant Le Grand offers a romantic journey
through the tastes of centuries of tradition.
Elephant Bar
Some drink to forget, others to celebrate. Whatever your reason,
you'll enjoy the convivial atmosphere of the renowned Elephant
Bar. The speciality is cocktails, and the more esoteric the
better. Take a clandestine sip on the secretive Airavata, the
ingredients of which are a mystery known only to our enigmatic
cocktail barman. Or drink to the memory of Somerset Maugham
as you down a Million Dollar Cocktail, which gained notoriety
in his steamy tale, The Letter. To paraphrase Rodgers and Hammerstein,
you'll soon be as high as an elephant's eye.
Cafe d'Angkor
At Cafe d'Angkor, guests can choose to experience local Khmer
or International favourites for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
For the more intrepid, knapsack luncheons and picnic baskets
are available to keep you energised while exploring the Angkor
temple complex.
Pool Terrace
With a relaxed and casual atmosphere, tropical palms and frangipani
fringing the twin pools, snacks and refreshments are served
throughout the day. |
