Siem Reap

the gateway to one of the greatest heritage sites of the world,
Angkor Wat. This thousand year-old shrine, a focal point of the
great Khmer Empire, stands as one of man's greatest artistic achievements.
Hotel de la Paix is your sanctuary from which to explore this
and many other ancient temples by elephant or by bicycle. The
hotel has recently been splendidly renovated having respect for
the Khmer style. Like a grand palace, it is built around a large
enclosed garden that features tropical flowers and a swimming

Meric
- Choose from international dishes or a seasonally inspired Khmer
menu showcasing the distinctive harvests of local farmers and
untamed surrounds. Named after the world-class Cambodian pepper
grown in the famed Kampot region, diners at Meric will enjoy a
truly unique experience.

Café
de la Paix - Offers a range of specialities including
baguettes, paninis and Mediterranean-inspired salads. Choose from
a delicious array of home-made pastries and tortes, ice-creams
or chocolates. Sample Italian espresso or organic Khmer coffee
and exotic blended drinks. Indoor or sidewalk seating is available.
Hours of operation: 05:30 to 23:00.
The
Arts Lounge - Overlooking the urban streetscape or
courtyard garden, The Arts Lounge offers a living space at the
heart of the hotel, showcasing a variety of modern and traditional
Cambodian art forms. A dining menu is available and is complemented
by an international wine list and innovative cocktail menu. Afternoon
tea with a Cambodian twist is served daily. Hours of operation:
