Laos Suite |
Once the home to Laotian royalty, Maison Souvannaphoum offers
a choice of intimate accommodation that has been decorated with
a touch of the contemporary. You can stay either at "La Residence"
or the "New Building" in the garden. "La
Residence" invites you to tread in the footsteps of Prince
Souvannaphouma, whose former home has been converted into three
luxurious suites – Maison, Laos and Champa – and one guest room.
The "New Building" has beautiful Garden and Verandah
Rooms. All are air-conditioned and have their own en-suite bathroom.
NEW BUILDING
The New Building offers a choice of Garden or Verandah Rooms:
Garden Room :
The Garden Room features interior decorations that are hip and
yet reminiscent of the colonial era. It has its own balcony with
a view of either the pool or greenery. While most Garden Rooms
feature a king size bed or twin beds, we have one set of inter-connecting
rooms that is ideal for families. Verandah Room
:
The Verandah Room enjoys the same facilities and decorations as
the Garden Room, but on the second floor. Sitting on the balcony
into the night and soaking in the serenity of the surroundings
is a delight. LA RESIDENCE
Discover the charm of the historic residence with its timber flooring,
white walls and airy shutters.
Unique welcome amenities for Maison Suite, Laos Suite and Champa
Suite include:
- A "Romantic Herbal Bath" experience in the privacy
of your suite on the evening of your arrival
(a drawn spa bath infused with rich honey and nourishing herbs,
complemented by a salt scrub, tropical flower petals, scented
candles, canape and white wine)
- Daily choice of American, Continental or Asian breakfast
- Daily Afternoon Tea
- Free Internet usage
- Additional Service: 2 complimentary pieces of laundry daily
Maison Suite :
The best suite in the hotel, the Maison Suite was once the bedroom
of Prince Souvannaphouma. Beautifully decorated, it is twice the
size of our Garden or Verandah Rooms and enjoys a large balcony
with a lovely view – a wonderful place to relax in the evening
over a meal or after-dinner drinks. The bathtub is perfect for
a romantic aromatherapy bath, lit by candles of course.
Laos Suite :
Formerly the Queen’s bedroom, this is the second largest suite
at Maison Souvannphoum. It has a pool view, indulgent bathtub
and walk-in closet for long staying guests. If you want to sleep
like a royalty, the Laos Suite is the place to stay.
Champa Suite :
The Champa Suite, or Princess’ bedroom, is the third suite in
“La Residence” and comes with an inspiring bathtub and garden
view. It has a cozy area for lounging around and reading your
favorite book. La Residence Twin :
Apart from the suites, you will find only one other guest room
in the residence. La Residence Twin is beautifully furnished in
a combination of modern French and Laotian styles and has twin
beds. Welcome amenities include:
- Daily choice of American, Continental or Asian breakfast
- Daily Afternoon Tea
- Free Internet usage
- Additional Service: 2 complimentary pieces of laundry daily |
