Terms & Conditions for Package Tour in Laos & Cambodia

Booking :
- Any purchase made through the website, bookings have to be made in advance.

Cancellation policy:
In case of cancellation fees will be charged as follow: The amount of cancellation fees depends on the day of receipt of the written cancellation.

- 30th to 15th day before departure - 10% of tour price
- until 7th day before departure - 20% of tour price
- after 6th day before departure - 30% of tour price
- no show fee - 50% of tour price

After departure of tour, if for any reason client decides to terminate tour before conclusion, no refund can be expected.

Payment :
- The invoiced tour price is payable at the latest 3 weeks prior to arrival of the customer.
- Full prepayment is required either by credit card (Visa, Master, JCB) or bank transfer.
- Upon clearing of payment, hotel voucher will be issued for your reference
