Terms & Conditions
for Package Tour in Laos & Cambodia
1 . BOOKING
Any purchase made through the website, bookings have to be made in advance.

2. PAYMENT
  • The invoiced tour price is payable at the latest 3 weeks prior to arrival of the customer.
  • Full prepayment is required either by credit card (Visa, Master, Amex) or bank transfer.
  • Upon clearing of payment, hotel voucher will be issued for your reference
3. CANCELLATION
In case of cancellation, fees will be charged according to the day that written cancellation is received at E-Biz Travel Co., Ltd. as follows:
  • 15 to 30 days before arrival date - 10% of tour price
  • 7 to 14 days before arrival date - 20% of tour price
  • 1 to 6 days before arrival date - 50% of tour price
  • no show fee - 100% of tour price
After departure of tour, if for any reason client decides to terminate tour before conclusion, no refund can be expected.

Special cancellation fees may apply if specified in the quotation. In addition, E-BIZ TRAVEL may claim losses exceeding the flat rate cancellation fee, whenever proof of such loss can be provided. In such instances, the client is entitled to furnish proof to E-BIZ TRAVEL that no loss has yet occurred or that it is considerably lower than the excess amount charged. E-BIZ TRAVEL is entitled to pass on additional costs to the client if charged for by service providers (e.g. fees for unoccupied beds / seats).

4. WARRANTY
E-BIZ TRAVEL is not liable for any injury, loss or damage the traveler suffers in connection with the journey, nor for itinerary modifications due to circumstances beyond E-BIZ TRAVEL' s control.
